Return & Refund Policy

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Crossover pieces. If something isn’t quite right, we accept eligible returns within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition, with all original tags attached. Items that show signs of wear, washing, damage, fragrance, deodorant, makeup, or other stains will not be accepted.

Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. This includes items marked Final Sale at the time of purchase.

To begin a return, please contact info@crossover-golf.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or arrived damaged. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of its status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item so we can make it right.

Exchanges

Because quantities may be limited, we cannot guarantee that another size or style will still be available. We offer exchanges / We recommend returning your original item and placing a new order for the desired item.
